Who we are
ELEVENTISER is a service of DIGIA BOOSTER LTD, the controller of enquiry information. For privacy questions, email omid@eleventiser.com.
Company number 17224846. Registered office: First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, M4 5JW, United Kingdom.
This page explains ELEVENTISER’s planner, enquiry route and providers. The company privacy notice (opens in a new tab) gives the wider business policy on lawful bases, retention and your rights. The provider details for this website are set out below.
Your event draft
While you plan, your choices stay in this browser and build an editable summary. Preparing a draft does not send an enquiry or create a customer account. Unsaved choices can be lost when you reload or close the page.
After an accepted enquiry, the receipt offers an optional “Save event choices” action. This keeps the planning choices from that enquiry in this browser until you delete them using the saved-choice controls or clear the browser’s site data. Contact details, your message, call preferences and later edits are not included.
You can restore previously saved choices on another visit. Saving or restoring them does not send another enquiry. Deleting saved choices does not delete an enquiry already sent to us.
When you choose Send enquiry
Your name, email address, event choices and any optional notes are sent through our Vercel-hosted server to our director’s Hostinger mailbox. Event choices can include services, timing, location, budget, priorities and how you heard about us. If you request a planning call, your preferred day, time and time zone are included in the enquiry. Contact details, notes and call preferences are not included in the optional saved browser draft.
After an accepted enquiry, you can download a receipt containing your submitted details and reference. It is a separate file on your device, under your control. The on-page receipt is not kept after you reload or leave the page, and later draft edits are not sent automatically.
Our team uses this information to reply, organise your stated needs for human review and discuss a possible service agreement. There is no separate customer database, automated quotation or booking. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The privacy acknowledgement confirms you have seen this notice; it is not marketing consent.
You can contact us directly instead of using the form. We need a usable reply address and enough detail to understand your request. Please leave out passwords, identity documents, payment-card information and other sensitive records.
Purpose and retention
The company notice explains contract-related processing for requested individual enquiries, legitimate interests for business contacts and secure administration, and legal obligations for required records. Its sections 8 and 9 set out retention periods, deletion reviews and exceptions for business records. A browser draft follows the separate device-storage rules above.
Read the company’s lawful bases and retention policy (opens in a new tab). Contact us if you need a copy or information about a particular enquiry.
Preferences and tracking
Your day or night preference is saved separately in this browser. We have not added visitor analytics or advertising trackers to this website.
There is no automated decision about eligibility, pricing or a booking. The summary reflects the needs and priorities you choose.
Website and email providers
Vercel processes website requests, including technical information such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. Hostinger provides the mailbox used for enquiries and replies.
The providers describe international processing and contractual safeguards in Vercel’s data processing terms (opens in a new tab) and Hostinger’s data processing terms (opens in a new tab). These links do not mean your information is stored only in the UK. Contact us for information or a copy of the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
When you choose to contact us
WhatsApp, phone and email links open the service you choose. Your brief is not attached or shared automatically. You decide what to write, send or discuss.
The chosen service handles information under its own privacy terms. Please agree a suitable route with us before sharing information that needs extra care.
Data protection registration
DIGIA BOOSTER LTD is listed on the ICO register of fee payers under reference ZC255246 (view the ICO entry in a new tab).
Questions or concerns
