Using this planning tool

ELEVENTISER is a service of DIGIA BOOSTER LTD. This planning tool helps you explore services, organise your priorities and prepare an event brief.

Creating, saving or downloading a brief does not submit an enquiry, request a quotation or make a booking. The budget you enter is your working budget; it is not a price offered by ELEVENTISER.

Choosing Send enquiry sends the details you provide to our team for human review. A submission confirmation is not an acceptance of work, confirmation of availability or booking.

From an idea to a proposal

You can contact us directly to discuss your event. We clarify the requirements before preparing a written proposal. Scope, responsibilities, availability, price and any payment or cancellation terms need to be agreed before a booking is confirmed.

Choosing a date in the planner does not reserve that date, a venue or a supplier. Service descriptions are a starting point for the conversation; they do not confirm availability for a particular event.

Insurance and specialist requirements

Insurance, safety and specialist requirements should be clarified for each event. The agreed scope should identify relevant responsibilities and which party arranges any required cover.

This planning tool does not confirm insurance cover, professional credentials or a visa outcome. Where independent specialists are needed, their role and the applicable terms must be clear before work is agreed.

Your choices and information

Use the details you know and leave uncertain answers open. You can review and change the brief before deciding what to share. Please only share material you have permission to use and avoid sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.

The privacy page explains browser drafts, enquiry delivery, saved display preferences and contact links.
